We are two brothers, Ayub Patel and Liaqat Patel, who graduated and registered as architects in India, traveled to the USA for higher studies and worked globally before partnering in this startup. Navleeka was our family construction business in India. Now it is the name that Ayub has chosen for this small start-up in honour of our late father. The farm house in India was his first real commission in 1987. We also participated in the Ahmedabad Sports Club Competition for which we were awarded an Exhibition Place among the top ten schemes. That was followed with a few more private residences in India.

We work with architects, engineers and other professionals to deliver quality designs for your residential and other needs. We also team up with trusted Construction Managers as a Design-Build service. Not all teams are the same. Each is developed in consultation with the client with special regard to budget, project type and complexity.
